KAEFER Offshore is an experienced partner for projects relating to FPSO vessels (floating production, storage and offloading). These vessels recover oil and gas from wells through riser pipes, process it in a treatment facility on deck and store it in tanks in their hull. The crude oil produced is periodically offloaded onto shuttle tankers.

We have the capacity to provide services in all phases of an FPSO’s life, beginning with the early stages of design and continuing throughout its useful life. We provide services in the areas of insulation, scaffolding, rope access technique, surface treatment, passive fire protection, interior finishing, inspection, engineering, planning and project management, and in a variety of other areas.
