KAEFER sponsors the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen. This orchestra is special in many ways: it was founded by young music students and is now organised as a company. The orchestra’s rehearsal room is situated in a school with children from many different cultures and sometimes difficult social backgrounds. Therefore, integration is an important subject. Music is a good means to promote this and there is a close connection to the pupils and a lively exchange between both. One result of this cooperation is a joint annual performance called “Melody of Life”. One thing is clear: excellent music is always great handcraftsmanship.
